The Gaia Shower Filter Refill Cartridge requires replacement every 3-6 months.
For single-user use, the refill should be replaced every 6 months.
When multiple people use the shower filter, we recommend to replace the cartridge every 3 months.

How long does each filter last?
Each filter lasts 13,500 litres of water.
This means if one person is using the shower then it will last for 6 months.
If more than one person uses the shower we recommend changing the filter every 3-4 months.
How can I install my filter?
Installation is easy and takes less than two minutes. Here's how to install:
- Remove the white plugs from the Shower Filter.
- Remove the shower cord from the tap.
- Connect the Shower Filter onto tap.
- Re-attach cord to bottom of the filter.
- Run the water for 30 seconds.
Will it fit my shower?
Gaia fits all showers.
It can attach to the shower unit or the shower head.

Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! When you need to order your refill filter, you will see an option to subscribe.
Not only will you get your refills for cheaper, but we send them out to you automatically when your filter is due a change.
